The Conjuring: Last Rites delivers another thrilling chapter of the iconic Conjuring cinematic universe, based on real events. Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson reunite for one last case as renowned, real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren in a powerful and spine-chilling addition to the global box office-breaking franchise.

I was wondering when the first trailer for this movie was going to appear online. While I’ve said many times that I am not much a fan of horror movies, I do find The Conjuring films to be quite interesting to watch, especially the second one and how it featured Valek (aka The Nun) as the main antagonist. The footage from this preview looks to be quite enticing and gripping, presenting a new threat that stalks the world and how the paranormal detectives must do battle with it. It will be interesting to see how this movie ultimately shapes up to be and how it will be received by both critics and moviegoers alike. Still, I am quite excited to see what Last Rites brings to The Conjuring cinematic universe and how it will potential close out the Warrens’ tale.
