Imagineer Co., Ltd. has announced the global launch of the beloved command-based robot battle RPG, Medabots S, on Android and iOS soon. Originally released in Japan in 2020, the beloved entry in the iconic Medabots series is finally heading overseas, with pre-registration now open on mobile. The App Store listing suggests a January 21, 2027 release window.

So, Medabots S is bringing the series’ signature 3v3 command-based battles to global players soon. For those new to the series, Medabots are autonomous robot companions with their own AI and personalities, and you need to carefully manage their abilities and equipment to get the most out of them. The game also offers an original story alongside familiar faces from the series.
As you progress, you can collect a wide variety of Medabots parts and Medals through different activities, then mix and match them to create a setup that fits your playstyle. Customization plays a major role in battles, with different parts and Medals offering various combinations to experiment with. With the new parts upgrade system, you can also enhance specific pieces of equipment.
