Neverness to Everness Version 1.3 update titled “Rising From The Moonlit Fog” arrives on August 19, 2026. The upcoming update introduces two new characters, Zankou and Linko, new events, vehicles, and more. Let us know in detail about everything coming in this update.
Neverness to Everness Version 1.3 Update: New playable characters, Reruns and Arcs
Neverness to Everness Version 1.3 banner will last for 42 days, and each phase will last for 21 days as usual. Zankou will get her banner in phase 1, and Linko will get her banner in Phase 2 with their signature Arcs.
Zankou: S-rank Incantation Gas
She is an S-rank Incantation Gas main DPS character in Neverness to Everness. Her kit revolves around the Eye of Delusion, which dwells within her right eye. She can corrode enemies’ minds, create illusions, and weave illusory realms with her Eye of Delusion. During combat, she has two different kits: Reality and Illusion.
In the Reality state, when we use her Basic Attack, she deals 5 Incantation damage. In this state, she carries the Hunt buff, which boosts her personal damage, and after a Critical Dodge, she triggers a Dodge Counter; if we use her Basic Attack, she deals Incantation DMG. Her Redirect Skill instantly switches her from Reality to Illusion and from Illusion to Reality state.
After a Critical Dodge or after a Basic Attack, she applies a DoT effect to the target on hit and also triggers the Disarray effect, which deals serious AoE Break DMG in this Illusion state. When we use her Basic Attack, she deals 4 Incantation damage and applies 1 stack of Heartwrench. Every basic attack hit spreads the DoT effects to the other target.
In this state, she carries the Delusion buff, which increases the Crit DMG of the DoT damage. In this state, all of her attacks are treated as follow-up attacks. Use the Redirect Skill Soulcross when the illusion is near its end; the Skill icon will fill up.
With her Skill, she triggers the Oblivion effect, which deals massive AoE Damage and activates Bloodfeast Revre. Once her Ultimate gauge is full, we can use it, and if Bloodfeast Revre is active, she applies multiple stacks of Vile Ash, then presses her Ultimate again within a certain period of time to unleash her Ultimate again, which deals massive damage.
Linko: S-rank Anima Plasma
Linko is an S-rank Anima Plasma support character in Neverness to Everness. Her kit is focused on AoE quickswap. In battle, she calls her companion Xiaozhen or a teammate to launch Synced Strike. It’s a special type of Support Skill that counts as a follow-up attack, and it deals damage based on the called teammate’s element. If she calls Xiaozhen, she deals Anima DMG.

With her Basic attack, she deals 5 instances of Anima DMG, and each hit fills her Modulation gauge. When we use her Redirect Skill, she consumes all of her Modulation, which increases the Synced Strike DMG. She also sends out Xiaozhen to ambush the target and applies a Hit Em Here mark.
When the on-field character hits the marked target with a Redirect Skill, the mark is consumed, and Linko is called for a Synced Strike on the target, which fills her Modulation and provides Cycle energy.
Her Redirect Skill also provides a DMG boost based on the Modulation we spent.
After using her Ultimate, she pushes her Esper powers into overdrive, opening a Resonance Field that lasts for a certain time and triggers Synced Strike with up to 3 teammates at once, and we also get an AoE Anima DMG. With her passive skills, she reduces enemies’ Resistance for a set duration.
Reruns
Nanally will get her rerun banner in Phase 1, and Hotori will get her rerun banner in Phase 2.
New Arcs
Spellbound Special and Chorus Special Arc will be available in the Arc shop after the update goes live.

Final Thoughts
Neverness to Everness Version 1.3 is shaping up to be a major summer update, bringing together new characters, story content, gameplay activities, vehicles, and events. Zankou and Linko are the biggest highlights of this update, while the new “Rising From the Moonlit Fog” story chapter should continue the game’s developing narrative. The addition of jet skis and new locations is particularly exciting because it expands NTE’s open-world experience beyond its usual streets and combat areas.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
