Pokémon Unite Solgaleo Movesets
On reaching certain levels, this Pokémon evolves, gaining new abilities and moves. It starts as Cosmog (Level 1), it evolves into Cosmoem at Level 5. Finally, at Level 7, it becomes Solgaleo.
Basic Attack
| Cosmog | Cosmoem | Solgaleo |
| Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing increased damage. | Cosmoem gains a boost counter after receiving a certain amount of damage. If it has one or more boost counters, its basic attack becomes a boosted attack, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon in an area of effect in front of itself. | Solgaleo attacks opposing Pokémon by slashing its sharp claws, increasing critical-hit rate each time a basic attack hits. This effect can stack up to 5 times. Solgaleo gains boost counters from using its moves. |
| A boost counter is consumed when a boosted attack is used. | If Solgaleo has two or more boost counters, its basic attack becomes a boosted attack, dealing critical-hit damage to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect in front of itself. |
Passive Ability – Sturdy/Full Metal Body
| Cosmog | Cosmoem | Solgaleo |
| The damage this Pokémon receives is reduced. | When this Pokémon receives damage that would knock it out, 1 HP will remain, and it becomes invincible for a short time. | This Pokémon’s Attack does not decrease when affected by opposing Pokémon’s moves and Abilities. |
| This effect goes on cooldown after it’s triggered. |
Ability 1 – Teleport
This Pokémon instantly teleports to the designated location. Its next basic attack becomes a boosted attack.
Ability 2 – Cosmic Power (Unlocks at Level 5)
This Pokémon absorbs mystical power from space, increasing Defense and Sp. Def for a short time. Its next basic attack also becomes a boosted attack.
Level 7 abilities
On reaching Level 7, Cosmeom evolves into Solgaleo. On evolving, Solgaleo instantly unlocks the following 2 new enhanced abilities:
Iron Head
Solgaleo charges in the designated direction, dealing damage and shoving opposing Pokémon with its steel-hard head. If this move is used again, the user leaps toward opposing Pokémon in front of itself, leaving them unable to act and dealing damage multiple times while restoring Solgaleo’s HP.
Upgrade: Increases the duration opposing Pokémon are left unable to act.
Psyshock
Solgaleo charges power, then attacks by materializing a mysterious psychic wave, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon and throwing them.
While Solgaleo charges power, its movement speed is increased, damage received is reduced, and it initially becomes resistant to hindrances for a short time. When the psychic wave hits opposing Pokémon, Solgaleo can perform a follow-up attack.
The follow-up attack lets Solgaleo slash enemies in front of itself with sharp claws, dealing damage and applying a slowing effect to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect while restoring some HP. When this follow-up attack hits a Pokémon from the opposing team, it can be used again once.
Upgrade: Increases the amount of HP restored by this move.
Unite Move – Shining Meteor Crush
Solgaleo unleashes immense power to enter Radiant Sun phase. It charges toward the designated Pokémon from the opposing team, dealing damage and ignoring the Defense and shields of opposing Pokémon in the area of effect.
While in Radiant Sun phase, Solgaleo is able to see nearby Pokémon that are in stealth or hiding in tall grass. Solgaleo’s moves, basic attacks, and boosted attacks also ignore opposing Pokémon’s Defense and shields. When nearby ally Pokémon get knocked out, Solgaleo’s Unite Move gauge charges faster.

Pokémon Unite Solgaleo’s Gameplay Guide and Tips
Our Solgaleo guide will now discuss how to play and achieve a perfect game plan for the Pokémon in Pokémon Unite. The following guide has two sections: the early and late game, which players must make sure to read till the end.
Early Game
Solgaleo is exceedingly weak until it reaches Level 7; therefore, prioritize farming early on. In terms of laning, you should go to the Bottom Lane while using Solgaleo. From Level 1 to Level 4, you only have access to Teleport; therefore, use it to constantly reposition across the arena. Make sure to use the follow-up enhanced basic attack to poke nearby enemies or to secure wild Pokémon.

On reaching Level 5, Cosmog evolves into Cosmoem, while simultaneously unlocking your second skill. Use Cosmic Power to increase Cosmoem’s survivability while awaiting level 7. Thanks to Cosmoem’s passive ability, you can escape directly from situations on a sliver of health. All in all, avoid overextending and aggressive gameplay until you reach level 7.
Mid and Late Game
On reaching Level 7, Solgaleo becomes a powerful damage powerhouse that excels in shredding tanky Pokémon. You instantly gain Iron Head and Psyshock, which greatly enhances your offensive and defensive capabilities.
Iron Head allows you to dash into enemies, hindering them with your constant barrage of attacks. While Psyshock raises your offensive potential while granting you damage reduction during its attacks.

Combining the two abilities, Solgaleo can continuously CC enemies while attacking them with powerful slashes. On unlocking Solgaleo’s Unite move, it becomes a powerful Brawler capable of tearing through the enemy Frontlines.
This move greatly empowers Solgaleo’s offensive potential since it lets Solgaleo deal true damage to enemy targets. This instantly proves a nightmare for tanky and high-sustain enemies.
During core team fights, ensure you prioritize the enemy main Frontline. Use Solgaleo’s Unite Move to charge into them and melt them down
Positioning of Solgaleo on the arena
The best path for Solgaleo would be the Bottom Lane. This allows you to farm and get stronger alongside allies.
Solgaleo with other Pokémon
Our Pokémon Unite Solgaleo guide also discusses the relationship between it and other Pokémon.
Best synergies with Solgaleo
Solgaleo is best paired with Defenders or Support-type Pokémon, as they can help provide extra utility and crowd control during teamfights. They can also help protect Solgaleo while it is farming to reach Level 7.
| Pokémon | Benefits |
|---|---|
| Slowbro | Snorlax’s highly disruptive abilities alongside Solgaleo’s offensive attacks and abilities would be quite powerful working together. |
| Snorlax | Snorlax can provide extra crowd control and disables for Solgaleo, making it easier to dominate core team fights. |
| Articuno | The AOE Freezing/Slow debuffs from Articuno’s abilities will combo well whenever Solgaleo is using its core combos. |
Pokémon that are strong and weak against Solgaleo
Final Thoughts
You must keep all these valuable points in mind while playing with Solgaleo. Prioritize farming and careful positioning early on. It is only when you reach Level 7 that Solgaleo can start dominating in the arena.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
